Residence Details
As the residence extends from the street all the way down to the water level about 40 meters below, there are numerous exterior areas for relaxing and taking in the awesome views. All external furniture uses Sunbrella and quick-dry foam cushions.
Fully mature, manicured garden areas surround the residence. An enchanting "Rain-forest" garden and koi pond are located in front of the main entrance on level two. This garden also includes custom water flow forms, which provide the relaxing sounds of waterfalls throughout the garden area. The ocean side of level two also includes a large garden and grassed area that extends to the edge of the cliff overlooking the water below.
Surrounded by lush gardens, stairs descend from level one, past a terraced gazebo, down the side of the cliff to the water level, providing private access for ocean swimming or surfing. Space has also been allocated close to the water level to accommodate a hoist and storage/launching area for a small boat or jet ski. The gazebo - with the ocean views - provides a very private place for morning coffee or reading along with the sound of the surf below.
The residence features it's own private off-white marble pool with colored mood lighting. The security system includes a dedicated camera for parents who wish to monitor their children's safety. The owner of the residence also has full access to a large function area which includeds a wet edged/infinity pool with large covered terrace on level one.
